We start by reviewing your tools. The current foundation uses IMAP/SMTP email, Discord, and a GitHub task board. Other systems and custom integrations need a separate scope and feasibility review.
That is the approach we discuss during discovery: define one workflow, configure a pilot, and review actual results before expanding. Scope, costs, and rollout terms are agreed with you.
